about

London based soulful dance outfit Justin Canton and Martin Lodge aka
Candy Apple emerge with former Pasadena Jon Banfield to debut on Shack with “No1”

Candy Apple’s reputation as an emergent dance outfit has grown with their bootlegs of Disco, funk and boogie remakes into original soul influenced productions seeing them featured on esteemed labels such as Morehouse and suSU.

Andrew Banfield was part of the infamous iconic UK funk and soul band
“The Pasadenas” who reached dizzy heights in the mid 80’s. Andrew is no stranger to the House scene with his last notable hit on 83 West and “Whenever You Want Me” back in 2001 and also Bobby & Steve in ’96.

On remix we have culled in Rodamaal’s DJ Rocco from Lyon,France who delivers a late nite New York House gem that is in similar vein to the timeless classic “Your Love” by Jamie Principle.
No stranger to Shack New Jersey based Jihad Muhammad adds his swing to the fold adding his take on the song rounding off the package alongside the original mix.
